LaGaye and her husband Darryl have been part of the River Oak Church family since 2008. LaGaye is a pastor’s daughter from NC and Darryl is a Chiropractor from upstate NY.  They met at Liberty University where she completed her Master of Arts degree in Counseling after her time at Radford University and Georgia State.  LaGaye has had the privilege to develop and lead different areas of ministry at River Oak where He grew in her heart a love and passion for individuals to embrace the healing, freedom and joy that is found in a life transformed by following Jesus Christ. LaGaye currently leads our Care Ministry. 

LaGaye and Darryl (leader of one of our men’s bible studies) are grateful to God for their family – Alexsa, Armia and Naomi (one of our mission partners in Zambia), Tyler and Grace, and Logan and Justin- who intentionally seek to embrace a life of adventure, gratitude, and service.
