Our Acts 29 ministry exists to fulfill the local mission of The Great Commission by prayerfully engaging our neighborhoods to give every person the opportunity to hear the Gospel. We get the opportunity to connect with people where they’re at, pray for them, invite them to River Oak, and have gospel conversations when the opportunity arises.  

We meet every Sunday afternoon at 2 pm in room 111D where members are paired in groups of 2 or 3 and we receive our neighborhood assignments.  Before heading out, we pray for God’s blessings, then by 3 pm we are in the surrounding neighborhoods sharing the love of Jesus. We return at 4pm to the church to give a brief report on our activities, experiences, and we pray for those who we met.
