Kyle will be a church-planting pastor for River Oak living and working in the mountains of Lesotho, Africa. He first had an opportunity to travel to Lesotho when he spent 5 months serving with the Flora family in early 2013. Shortly after their engagement, Kyle and Kim joined a short-term team in Lesotho in the spring of 2014, and were married in July of that year. Since then, Kyle has finished an M.Div at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary and has been on staff at River Oak as the Missions and Outreach Pastor, taking several teams a year to Lesotho to further evangelism and disciple-making efforts. Kyle, Kim and their children, Lily and Jase, have traveled on two short-term trips to Lesotho as the Lord has affirmed their family’s calling to full time cross-cultural ministry.
