Kyle was born and raised in Chesapeake and has been a part of the River Oak family from the beginning.  He has a degree from Liberty University in Intercultural Studies and his M.Div. from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary.  Kyle spent five months in Lesotho, Africa in 2013, proclaiming the Gospel to people who had never heard it before, and has been back numerous times since.  Kyle and Kimberly were married in July of 2014 and they have two children, Lelia and Jase.   The Lord has called them to take the Gospel to unreached peoples of the world and they are working toward becoming full time missionaries in an international context.  Kyle has a passion for studying the Word of God and leading others into a growing relationship with the Lord.  He also enjoys spending time with family, hunting, fishing, hiking, woodworking, and generally anything that can be done outdoors
