The Oscar F. Smith Tiger Trot 5K is a fun run/walk benefiting disadvantaged students at Oscar F. Smith High School. Our goal is to help these students achieve greater academic success by lessening their financial burdens. Ultimately, we are not only looking to raise funds, but also to develop an event where the Hampton Roads community can show our support and commitment to these students. Some things we have provided to our students because of this event include: family meals, gift cards for groceries and gasoline, cap & gowns, school supplies, bus passes, and various emergency family necessities.
